Amazingly ‘green’ synthesis method for high-tech dyes
They do not solely impress thanks to their bright and intense color, they even have a vital technological significance: organic dyes area unit a category of materials with very special properties. From flat screens to electronic paper through to chip cards: in future, several technologies area unit seemingly to be supported by organic molecules like these. [1]
Investigating Electrospun Fibers Containing Dyes
Increasing analysis of micro-scale fibers shaped by electrospinning is driven by their distinctive physical properties love structural integrity, flexibility, and huge surface-area-to-volume ratios. Dyes area unit wide employed in the textile business, yet as in food science, and show applications. during this work, we have a tendency to incorporate dyes into micro-scale fibers by electrospinning a consistent answer of compound and dye dissolved in a very common solvent. Homo-and Hetero‐ Dimeric Dyes for Dye‐sensitized Solar Cells: Panchromatic Light Absorption and Modulated Open Circuit Potential
Dipole‐dipole interaction between the dye molecules on the surface leads to broadening the spectrum which leads to decreased DSSC device performance. but the controlled aggregation of dyes facilitates each broadening the spectral profile together with increased photocurrent generation. To control the dye‐dye interaction, dimeric dyes with different dipole lengths D1‐Dsq, Dsq‐Dsq were designed and synthesized. Photo‐physical, chemical science studies for the sensitizers showed the energetically favorable lepton injection and dye regeneration pathways. Absorption spectra of Dsq‐Dsq, D1‐Dsq were broadened in solution compared to model dye Dsq indicates the dye‐dye interaction is prominent in solution. [3]
Fast Recognition of Trace Volatile Compounds with a Nanoporous Dyes-based Colorimetric Sensor Array
Volatile compounds (VCs) area unit nearly harmful to health even at low concentrations and may be used as potential biomarkers to point out the danger of diseases. Here we have a tendency to report a brand new “nanoporous pigment array” created with composites of with chemicals responsive dyes and 4 nanomaterials that were with success ready with expected properties for fast and extremely moveable identification of trace VCs. victimization the array, clear differentiation has been simply achieved for sixteen common VCs at low ppm concentrations inside four minutes through the distinguishable distinction maps. Biodecolorization of Six Synthetic Dyes by Pleurotus ostreatus ARC280 Laccase in Presence and Absence of Hydroxybenzotriazole (HBT)
Aim: The aim of this study was to analyze the potential result of laccase catalyst created by the plant life agaric to discolor six artificial dyes in presence and absence of hydroxybenzotriazole (HBT) as a laccase negotiant.
Study Design: Qualitative and quantitative analysis for the potency of laccase created by agaric to discolor six tested dyes within the presence and absence of HBT.
Place and period of Study: Department of microbic Chemistry, recombinant DNA technology and Biotechnology Division, National analysis Centre (NRC), Cairo, Egypt, between April 2016 and should, 2017. [5]
