The paper presents a model of a ideas system middle from two points a vending machine, an ultimate user and a service administrator. The created model consists of a combined use of several media module, a control piece and a communication piece. The function of the multimedia module search out provide news about availability, prices, processes for ordering merchandise from the vending machine, etc. The system is managed by program that is equipped on a server, a consumer device and a control part. The communications used are containing an infrastructure admitting two or more devices to exchange news two-way through the Internet. The devised model of the system is shielded as a valid utility model under the number 2017003813U. Overall, the model purposes to progress consumer experience and functional competence of selling machines over and done accompanying a well-designed communication method.
