PSCs (perovskite solar cells) are the newest and fastest-growing PV technology. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) has risen from 3.8 percent to 25.5 percent in just a decade. Due to the addition of Lead, the effective PSCs were poisonous in nature (Pb). We investigate less harmful Pb-free MASnI3-based PSCs in this paper. Pb-based PSC has the greatest PCE of 25.5 percent, while Sn-based PSC has a much lower PCE of only 13 percent. We simulated and analysed MASnI3-based PSC and got PCE in this paper. 23.4 percent, which is comparable to the top Pb-based PSC. For both the electron transport layer (ETL) and the hole transport layer (HTL), we calculated the optimum doping density concentration (HTL). The optimal absorber thickness for the suggested device layout is investigated, as well as the acceptable range of absorber layer defect density.
